Dear {{Preferred Name}},

Can you believe it’s already 2026? Before we delve into our January updates, we want to say thank you. 💙

We had a significant end-of-year gift-match goal that we were praying hard to meet. Because of your generosity, we didn’t just meet it — we surpassed it!

Your generosity means that more survivors won’t face disaster recovery alone in 2026. It means Reservists can deploy quickly when the next disaster strikes, bringing hope at the most critical moments.

Thank you for your partnership, and we are excited to see how your generosity impacts survivors this year. Now, here are some updates to kick off 2026.

🏚 ➡️ 🏠 Almost Home in Seminole, OK

After waiting since 2022, hope is finally coming home.

A family whose house was severely damaged by the 2022 tornadoes in Seminole, OK, is preparing to move into their brand new Hope Home. ❤️ On January 24, we’ll gather for a house blessing ceremony as they step into a safe, stable place to begin again.

Driveway poured at the Hope Home in Seminole, OK

In recent weeks, the final touches were completed: the driveway was poured, and electrical work was finished. We praise God for His faithfulness and provision to finish this massive project!

We'll send you more updates from the move-in as we all celebrate this family that has survived so much.

This moment wouldn't have been possible without your prayers, gifts, and volunteering, so thank you!

Continuing to Change Lives in Haiti 🇭🇹

In Haiti, the majority of people live in constant need and crisis recovery, and it is heartbreaking.

From natural disasters to civil unrest to widespread food insecurity, Haiti always needs our prayers and help.

The most recent flooding from Hurricane Melissa in October only exacerbated many struggles, but you can help us bring hope this year.

Our long-term presence in Haiti allows us to maintain strong partnerships with local ministries and community leaders. Together, we work to:

  • feed the hungry
  • help children receive an education
  • and build latrines for families in need
